Welcome to Glow Pilates Online, your on-demand Pilates video studio. By creating an account, starting a membership, or streaming our classes, you agree to these terms. Take a moment to read through them — we've kept them as clear as our classes.
Membership & subscription
Glow Pilates Online gives you access to a library of recorded Pilates classes streamed on demand, plus new flows added every week. Access is personal to you: your account and login details must not be shared. You must be of legal age to start a membership. We may update, add, or remove classes from the library at any time to keep the programme fresh and inspiring.
Billing & cancellation (via Arketa / Stripe)
Sign-ups, payments, and subscriptions are handled by our technology partner Arketa, with payments processed by Stripe. Your membership renews automatically at each billing date (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) and is charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, free of charge, from your Arketa member account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, periods already started are non-refundable. Prices may change for future billing periods, with advance notice.
Acceptable use of streaming video content
For the duration of your membership, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to stream the classes for your own private practice. You may not download, record, copy, rebroadcast, screen publicly, share, or resell the videos, in whole or in part. Classes are offered for general wellness and information: practise at your own pace, listen to your body, and consult a healthcare professional before starting if you have any concerns, an injury, or are pregnant.
Intellectual property
All Glow Pilates Online content — videos, sequences, music, text, imagery, logos, and the Glow brand — is protected and remains the property of Glow Pilates or its partners. Your membership grants a right of access, not a right of ownership. No reproduction or use beyond your personal practice is permitted without our prior written consent.
Disclaimers & liability
Glow Pilates Online offers exercise classes intended for a healthy audience; they are not a substitute for medical advice. You practise at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Pilates is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the classes or from service interruptions, as streaming may depend on your connection and the availability of third-party platforms (Arketa, Stripe). Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
[To be completed by legal counsel] These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Glow Pilates is established, and any dispute falls under the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the member's place of residence.
